What are the delivery times?
Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
Shipments are made from our logistics warehouse located in Europe (Slovakia) , which allows for reliable and optimized delivery times across the continent.
On average, delivery times are 2 to 8 working days , depending on the destination country and the carrier.
Countries closest to the warehouse (such as Germany or Central Europe) generally benefit from shorter delivery times.
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
How do returns and refunds work?
Returning an item
Your satisfaction is essential. If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to contact us at info.karmicartisan@gmail.com
We will then send you the necessary instructions. To be accepted, the item must be returned new, unused, and imperatively in its original packaging.
Damaged or defective item
We pay particular attention to the quality of our shipments. However, if an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 working days with clear photos of the item and its packaging (inside and out). After validation by our services, we will arrange for the replacement or refund of the item at our expense.
Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely. If you prefer another model, please specify this in your email request. The exchange will be validated and shipped as soon as we have received and inspected your initial item.
What are the refund times?
Once your return is received, each item is carefully inspected by our team. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the package.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs and transport organization are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending with tracking.
- Error or defect: If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product found upon opening, we will cover all costs.
Can I return any item?
For reasons of protecting our handcrafted products, any returned item showing signs of use, damage occurred after receipt, or missing packaging cannot be fully refunded.
Where do our products come from?
Our pieces come from artisan workshops located mainly in Asia, where they are carefully crafted using traditional techniques.
They are then stored and shipped from our logistics partners in Europe, in order to ensure fast and reliable delivery times.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs €4.90 for all orders within Europe.
All shipments are made from Europe, with tracking available as soon as your package is sent.
Are the payments secure?
Yes. All payments on Karmic Artisan are fully secure.
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your data.
At no time do we have access to your bank details: payments are processed directly by certified providers.
