Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of use.

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs are not contractual, as each handcrafted creation may present slight natural variations.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
Karmic Artisan reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the price applicable at the time of the order.
4. Order
The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
The customer receives an email confirmation summarizing the order and delivery information.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the website.
Payments are processed via certified systems compliant with international security standards.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within Europe, with an average delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping for bulky items is free, as their price already includes logistics and reinforced packaging costs.
7. Returns and refunds
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to Karmic Artisan.
8. Liability
Karmic Artisan cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of purchased products.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (carrier delays, strikes, etc.), the seller’s liability cannot be engaged.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
