Terms of Sale

1. General  
These Terms of Sale govern transactions carried out on the Karmic Artisan website.  
By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.

2. Products and craftsmanship  
Each creation offered on the website comes from a partner artisan selected for the quality and authenticity of their work.  
Natural variations in color, texture, or shape highlight the unique character of each piece.

3. Prices and payment  
Prices are displayed in euros.  
Payment is made securely by credit card or via the payment methods offered on the website.

4. Delivery  
Orders are shipped from Europe, with an average delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.  
Shipping is free for all items, including bulky pieces, as the price already includes logistics and reinforced packaging costs.

5. Returns and exchanges  
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to return an item.  
Products must be returned in their original condition.  
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error or defect.

6. Liability  
Karmic Artisan cannot be held liable for delivery delays, delivery errors, or damage attributable to carriers or external events.  
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

7. Data and confidentiality  
Collected data is used exclusively for order processing and is never resold to third parties.

8. Governing law  
These terms are governed by French law.  
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
