Shipping Policy

We ship our products from partner workshops located in Slovakia and other European countries. All orders are carefully processed and shipped within continental Europe.

Average delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees  
Standard shipping: €4.90

Delivery areas  
We deliver to most European countries (European Union and Schengen Area), including: France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, etc.  
Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not included in this shipping area.

Additional information  
Some items (statues, sculptures, heavy or fragile pieces) are shipped with reinforced packaging to ensure safe delivery.  
In the case of mixed orders (standard and bulky items), the shipping rate applied will be the one corresponding to the highest category.
