Refund Policy

At Karmic Artisan, each creation is carefully selected for its quality and spiritual essence.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

All return requests must be made by email at the following address:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Photos may be requested depending on the situation.

After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address to which the product should be sent.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective, damaged or incorrect item).

In the case of a damaged, defective or missing item, please contact us within 3 working days after receiving your order, with supporting photos. After this period, we may no longer be able to guarantee a resolution.

Once approved, we will proceed with a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the situation and availability.
