Return Policy

At Karmic Artisan, each creation is carefully selected for its quality and spiritual dimension.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or an exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or damaged item).

⚠️ In the event of a damaged, defective, or missing item, please inform us within 3 business days of receiving your order and provide supporting photos. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the request will be processed.

After validation, we will proceed with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and availability.
