You have 14 days after receiving your package to notify us of a return.

- Item condition: To allow for an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Our "Hassle-Free" Commitment (Damaged or Incorrect Item)

 

If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order:

- Contact us within 3 business days with a photo of the item.

- We take care of everything: In this specific case, we will cover the return shipping costs and immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

 

Flexible Solutions

 

When returning an item, you have the choice:

- Exchange: To quickly receive another item from the shop that you prefer.
- Store Credit: To choose a new creation from the boutique at a later date.
- Refund: Processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the return.
