This unopened calcite geode comes from natural deposits located in Morocco, a region renowned for the quality and diversity of its mineral formations. Presented in its raw state, it retains its intact rocky shell, containing a still-sealed crystalline cavity.

Calcite geodes form within sedimentary rocks when mineral solutions rich in calcium carbonate circulate slowly through natural cavities. Over thousands to millions of years, calcite gradually deposits on the inner walls, crystallizing layer upon layer until it lines the interior of the rock. Each geode is the result of a long and entirely natural process, making each piece unique in its structure and composition.
